  • Customized or engraved watches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of items.
